Global Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Global Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. We are a dynamic, fast-growing yet stable high-tech company. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in Israel and abroad, while ensuring a swift-moving progress throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Consult and partner with hiring managers
  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates
  • Promote talent sourcing initiatives via diverse channels and tools
  • Create a solid database of candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the hiring process
  • Create a positive recruiting experience for candidates

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience in global, fast-paced tech companies – must
  • Extensive experience in recruiting and frontal interviewing
  • Experience of talent hiring sourcing in different countries
  • Clear understanding of technical terms and roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces
  • Self-starter, independent, results oriented and attentive to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Native-like written and spoken English proficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree – an advantage
