Regional Manager, Cloud Provider Sales West

Job Description:

We are looking for a proven, high energy, results oriented Cloud Service Provider Sales Manager to complement our high-performance sales team. 

Responsibilities:

Open doors and win business within Cloud Service Provider accounts within the assigned territory of the Western US region.

Achieve/exceed quota within the assigned territory for the company’s platforms through direct and indirect business models

Develop proposals for presentations to prospects and clients

Drive the tactical and strategic development of Cloud Service Provider relationships

Develop RFP/RFI responses with partners

Manage the overall customer and partner satisfaction within the assigned territory

Competitively position the company’s platform value and capabilities against the competition to win business

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years selling high-end storage systems into the Cloud or Service Provider space, ideally both

The ideal candidate must have a  rich storage background.

“Hunter” sales skills with a strong demonstrable track record of closing complex deals.

Extensive contact base within the cloud server provider market

Working knowledge of all aspects of XaaS cloud service delivery

A strong business acumen

Willingness to travel up to 75%

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Bachelor Degree / Masters Degree or equivalent
