Integration Team Leader

Job Description:

Infinidat is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Hardware Integration Team Leader who will lead the team responsible for installing, running tests and monitoring the storage systems of Infinidat as part of the manufacturing process.


  • Act as a technical lead, including responsibility for mentoring the team and training of complex hardware structure and operation
  • Investigate and solve hard-to-find problems such as race conditions, hardware failures, delicate timing issues and problems happening only at large scales
  • Review and analyze existing processes for effectiveness and efficiency - making the time-to-resolution as short as possible
  • Managing internal and external resources to achieve defined success metrics and timeframes
  • On-going integration of new hardware components into the test process, including training the team to handle this new hardware
  • Respond to queries through a ticket system, email or over the phone
  • Enhance our  hardware knowledge base

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Support Helpdesk/PC technician or at an equivalent position
  • At least 3 years of experience in management roles
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and/or experience as an IT Technician
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Linux based environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  • Technology-oriented with analytic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • English at a high level
  • Team player (loves working with other people)
  • Fast learner and independent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with storage hardware
  • Hand-on experience with servers’ hardware
  • Knowledge of storage protocols such as SCSI, SAS, SATA, NAS, iSCSI, and Fiber Channel
  • Knowledge of other data transfer protocols such as Ethernet and Infiniband
  • Knowledge of bash programming
